Lars Eller rookie card question
Can anyone tell me why Lars Eller has two SP Authentic rookie cards??
I have this one:
2009-10 SP Authentic #161 Lars Eller RC
http://i183.photobucket.com/albums/x...utureWatch.jpg
Yet, the Upper Deck site also shows this autographed one as well:
2009-10 SP Authentic #219 Lars Eller AU RC
This has happened before in 2006-07 with Benoit Pouliot.
What's the deal? Why put one regular RC and one autographed RC of a player in the same set?
Is this a case of needing to fill a slot to even things out?
Any help and information is appreciated.
Tony

It's Upper deck, they make such thing and probably a mistake. But if you mark just one as rookie. Other will complain the other is a rookie. Since they have the same print run hard to pick only one as RC. So in such case, it's better to mark the 2 as RC I guess.

CoolHandLuke: After some research, I found that the Future Watch is the true rookie card. The Future Watch Auto is just listed as an autographed card. VERY weird!
RGM81: This is no error...it appears Upper Deck was just trying to fill a slot. Nonetheless, Quirk is very happy!
hossa18sens: That's right! Palffy had two cards in the 1991-92 set. The difference is that both Palffy cards are rookie cards.
TheBoxBreaker: Not sure why there's two Ellers, but I think he is indeed that good LOL...he is the definition of a Great Dane!

After reviewing this, I removed the RC, in the SCF inventory, from the second card in the set since there can only be one RC card per brand and the first one should be the RC in this case.
