TTM Card Problem Help Needed
I am having a problem with my returns rubbing off on the inside of the return envelope. This has happened twice now, the first time was my Scott Downs card so I wasn't too broken up about it but this time 40% of my Kenneth Faried auto is on the inside of my return envelope. What do you guys do to prevent this? Should I send top loaders? If so, should I put the card in first or keep the top loaders and card separate and hope they put it in after they sign? Penny sleeve? Ive heard stories about people accidentally signing the plastic case and not the actual card. Any suggestions are welcome, thanks

Prep the cards either by rubbing them with baby powder and wiping it off or rubbing eraser over it. That will cut down on the gloss finish and the marker will stick better.

I've used a white art eraser for every single one. I've gotten around 50 back with no problems with the auto fading.

I never would have thought of something like this. Do people ever do prep work for ROMLBs? So far, I have not encountered too many problems other than my Jim Bunning on an ROMLB which came back a tad smeared.

Whenever I do ttm I use cards that require very little if any prepping. Prepping a card is a real pain since I have to already go through the trouble of writing and profreading a letter, getting everything together and going to the PO to ship off.
