Series 1 Collation Issues

So my buddy and I broke a couple boxes each of Series 1, and we both ended up getting the exact same Young Guns, MVP, and Shining Stars in one of our two boxes, they were from the same case too. I'm not necessarily complaining (cause one of the YGs was Huberdeau!), but this seems weird having two boxes from the same case be virtually identical. Anyone else seen this before?

I think most of one of my boxes worked out that way. Shining Stars doubles of Kadri and Dasyuk, MVP base of Quick/Lehtonen/Skinner and YGs of Killorn/Chiasson/Nietto/MacKinnon. I could have used different cards of everyone that was doubled except the MacKinnon.

I had the same issue with Black Diamond once.

This could be random but I broke some and got Shining Stars of Kadri and Tavares and saw someone else get the exact same ones in a break.

Took about 3 threads to figure out how the YGs are seeded ..... same UD problem every year. That Yakupov trio is pretty crazy

I've watched 2 case breaks so far. Each of them got a full set of YG's
One even hit 2 MacKinnons, and a MacKinnon /100 !!
I guess if I want a set, I gotta bust a case

Took about 3 threads to figure out how the YGs are seeded ..... same UD problem every year. That Yakupov trio is pretty crazy

It's a "problem" I was happy to have with one of my boxes!

I like that there's a "stacked" box out there with the Yak/Hertl/Schultz/Tarasenko combo. It's as good a value as when you hit a Vanek YG in 05-06 UD2 because you know there's an Ovy lurking in there.

yeah in my second box I got Yak, Hertl, Tarasenko, Conacher, Brunner, and Latta. Pretty stacked.

My case I just opened had 2 mac's and an exclusive /100. Was shorted an auto and clear cut as wel as 2 canvas YG so I deserved it ;)

or wait about 1 month and buy a whole set on ebay for $200 or less
