    Sorry to hear he didnt sign your ball.But he did send you back
    the ball and your money.He could have kept both.I wouldn't
    resend either.There are plenty of Whitey Ford signed balls
    out there at resonable prices.

    I agree with Lizard and 39Special just go and buy one. You can prob find one for less then his sighing price of 35 bucks.
