    No, I don't think the Cavs are an elite team by any stretch of the imagination, but they have too much talent to be so outplayed all the time- and there seems to be no motivation to get better. Some of that has to be put on the coach- at least Byron got them to play for the most part last year. They obviously aren't getting behind what Mike Brown is saying...

    Time for him to go, and bring in a new, dynamic coach, not a washed up guy who only won when he had the best player in the league on his team...
