any input on organizing BASE/insert PC? Celtics

I am trying to organize my Celtics base.

I have a lot of them organized by player, if they were with the Celtics for multiple years.

For the older cards like 94-95 and earlier I was thinking about doing them by team since there were not as many sets out there then.

Would it be better to just do them all by team or by player?

I was thinking it would be easier to do by team for each set. Is there a way to find out all the Celtics card in a particular set, including inserts?

Also, I notice when I use a binder the tops of the cards tend to start to come out of the page on some pages. There are some Ultra Pro pages where they do not do that. Does anyone know the best pages to buy?
What about for thicker cards, like the Gold sTandard base? Binder or top loader? and other thicker cards like Gold Bowman from 05-06? are there pages for thicker cards?

I want to do this so I can trade my celtics easier.
Any suggestions on what works for you?

I don't think there is any site that will list the teams with 100% accuracy. This site doesn't have that and even Beckett's page is sketchy with the teams.

Also what brand do you have that has the cards come out of the binder pages? It shouldn't do that unless maybe the cards are super thick. The only time that every happened to me was when I bought ones from the $1 store a long time ago thinking I was going to save money and instead I wasted it because the top 3rd was wasted.
