Cool Need help identifying this card.

So far I know this is a 2003 Topps T205 Polar Bear Triple Fold card. But all other scans I've seen of these cards, the folds are facing out so you can see the players. My folds are facing in and they're stuck there with something. This is exactly how I pulled it from the pack. Is this normal?

That is normal, it's a gummy type substance they use to keep it stuck together which doesn't hurt the card at all.

Yeah, I've seen that before but are the folds supposed to be faced in?

There is nothing special about the card. Some were printed with the fold in and som with the fold out.
