So I posted this thread a while ago:

After moving my office from my basement to the top floor of my house, I misplaced the damaged card I talked about in the thread. Well I found it at the end of November. Called UD, they said to mail it in and they would still offer the replacement. I mailed the card November 27. On December 6 I got a FEDEX package from UD. To my amazement I had already received my replacement. The card I mailed them was received at UD December 3rd.

SO, I was already pleased with the service I got from UD. Now onto what they sent me.
I got a Jordan Staal SP GAME USED GAME GEAR #1/3. Same set that my damaged card was from, just a different player. Some would argue that the Kesler I sent in would be more desirable to collectors, but I am happy with the replacement. They also sent a Semin Authentic Fabrics /100, Bryzgalov Authentic Fabric, another jersey I can't recall at this time and a Joe Thorton SP GAME USED Parallel /100.

All in all I am pleased with the service I was provided, and with the cards I received as replacements!

All that matters if your happy. Congrats on the quick turnaround and wish UD handled all cases like this. Thanks for sharing as there too much negativity when it comes to replacements.
