As is tradition with Press Pass and its Racing line, the new season starts at the tail end of the year. Press Pass Racing contains a 100-card base set with a bonus "0" card that is found once in every nine hobby boxes. The set profiles the main drivers in Sprint Cup, Nationwide and the Craftsman Truck Series. Other subsets include Giving Back (which features the drivers and their charitable foundations), Hot Seat (close-ups on the drivers behind the wheel), Ground Crew (Shots of cars in the pits along with the Pit Crew) and Snapshots (various pictures taken from the second half of the 2013 season). Final card is the checklist.

There are four color proofs parallels that matches the colors used for the printing plates. The Magenta version can only be found in retail products.

Cup Chase Contenders fall one per box and while collectible, it is really a contest card. On the back is a code that can be entered on the Press Pass website. The code corresponds with the driver on the front (outside of the Field Card). Should the driver make the Chase, you will receive a special set of cards devoted to the Chase field after the season is over. If you happen to have the winning driver, you will receive a specially made tire card from the championship car.

There are three insert set in 2014 Press Pass Racing. Replay (1:6) is a 24 card set that highlights the winners off the various Sprint Cup races before the Chase. Be on the lookout for five Short Prints. Velocity (1:15) contains a set of 9 cards that immortalizes drivers who set new speed records at tracks during the year. Finally, the HOF Continuity Program (1:30) sees the light for another year. The card set features 5 different cards for the five new inductees to the Hall Of Fame. Unfortunately, we did not receive one in this box.

Each box contains one autograph and one relic. Typically, the relic card will be from the Burning Rubber series, which are swatches from winning tires. There is a Letterman series which features the letters imprinted on the tires. Also, there are Three Wide and Four Wide cards, which feature three or four different race used swatches. While Press Pass Signings is the main type of autographs, three other sets are interspersed. Two are hobby only (Signature Series and Certified Winners). Both are memorabilia autographs. The final set is a die cut series called Aerodynamic Autos.
