    target prizm blaster with only 2 reds?

    My mother yesterday brought me home a blaster of prizm from target. Usually there are 3 reds in the bonus pack but yesterday I only got 2 cards...the panini wrapping was still on it so I don't believe it was tampered with or anything, rest of the packs had the usual hits.

    Do you think panini would do something for me? My mother actually feels bad because she thinks she "picks bad boxes" now...

    Any help is appreciated, thanks

    Send them an e-mail. Keep your receipt, and let them know that you only received two instead of the usual 3 per pack. Be careful in surrendering the 2 you have. What if the 2 you have is 3 Times of the value of the 3 they MIGHT send you. Just keep that in mind.

    If you have a Crosby and a Malkin, or Kane of Ovy, don't do it if you have to surrender yours. Perhaps they will see your photo and just send you a free 3- Pack. That is what they should do.

    This nonsense about returning the cards? Pfft. Nonsense.

    well I got blake wheeler and jared spurgeon so I don't really have an issue losing those but it probably wouldn't be worth the shipping to return them. I just don't know how or where to contact them

    I recently bought a blaster that had ONLY the bonus three cards and had no inserts or other parallels (there is usually one Green, one Blue or Red depending on where you bought it and at least one insert in the seven retail packs). I opened a case with Panini and they sent me four cards: one each of Orange, Green, Blue Pulsar and Red Pulsar parallels. I was happy with the relatively quick response.

    Go to their website (register if you do not already have an account with them) and go to My Account ---> My Requests ---> New Request ---> Quality Assurance Request and follow the directions. I sent in the QA code from the box as indicated on their checklist but I didn't have the original receipt, so I just included a note stating it was a gift. I mailed via regular mail as I didn't want to spend the extra $$ for tracking and they got the letter just fine, apparently.
