I love Blowoutcards, they have great deals and they ship very quickly,but the shipping costs are killing me, I'm also not the biggest fan of UPS. Does anyone have any recommendations for sites that ship out of Canada with reasonable rates? Obviously I can find them on google but I want to know which ones are reliable.

My local card store (North Bay, ON) has very reasonable rates and they also sell on ebay.

Here is what the store posts about shipping costs for ebay:

No matter how many cards you buy if it totals over $9.99 we ship it for free. Also any card(s) that total over $100 we ship it with a tracking number for free as well! Hard to beat that. Card(s) under $9.99 shipping is only $0.50 to Canada and $1.15 to USA. Overseas shipping is $2.95 - again no matter how many cards you buy.

I think the best prices you'll find in Canada are Quecan Wholesale. I've bought from them several times, all received within 5-6 days.

Keep in mind, no Canadian sellers will have the kind of prices on hockey that Blowout or SteelCity Collectibles have for obvious reasons (demand for hockey, among others), but when you factor in the added shipping and import taxes, I've found that Quecan is the thriftiest route from the Canadien perspective. Cases probably still work out to be cheaper at the aforementioned two US sites, although I haven't made that kind of purchase from them, so I can't say for sure.
