    Starting from scratch

I've collected cards for a while but I've never tried sending anything TTM and I want to try to complete the 2012 Topps Olympic set to eventually frame if I can complete it.

This may sound like a dumb question but when I write the request letter, should I go with the formal "Dear Mr." or should I use their first name? If anyone has any other tips or advice that they wouldn't mind sharing, anything would be appreciated.

    Thank you.

I always use Dear Mr. It's also how I try to address players for IP autos.
