Is there any ITG damaged card replacement process?

I opened a box of 08/09 BTP yesterday but one of the Autos in damaged with a large chip in the top. Does ITG offer replacements for damaged cards like UD/Panini?

I have had a couple of memorabilia cards that were damaged that they replaced right away. Don't know about auto cards though.

Yeah, that was why I was asking because it says there that they only offer CS for products released in the last 24 months. So I was wondering if anyone had any experience dealing with them for older products than that.

Can't hurt to contact them. At least give them the opportunity to surprise and delight.
