Regular Refractors have only been numbered two years:
00-01- The RCs were only numbered and they were /199
05-06- The entire set was numbered to /999
96-97, 97-98, 98-99, 99-00 were all unnumbered and had no other parallels
00-01- I said were as above
01-02- came the advent of the black refractor #d /50
02-03- introduced the white refractor #d /249 and increased print run of blacks to /99
03-04 introduced the gold refractor and uncirculated xfractor, blacks were then /500 for every player, golds were /99 for vets and /50 for rcs and the xfractor was /220
04-05 kept the same stuff except all gold refs are /99, all blacks were once again /500, and the xfractor was /110
05-06 added the blue xfractor /90 for the box topper and the superfractor 1/1, the blacks are /399 and the golds i believe are still /99
whats sad is i could remember all of that off the top of my head. so yeah thats a crash course in Topps Chrome Refractor history.

My dad was kind of upset because he thought had given up a card that booked so high, but later i found out it was only the regular version.
