Card Cash help?

Hi,

I have never used card cash before, and I just confirmed a trade where I’ll be sending the 50 card cash I have to the other trader.

So, I click on his card cash link, and I see a “Currency – Initiate Transfer” box. I fill in 50 in the Amount and click “Submit”…. But I get a weird popup (with no text -- nothing but a yellow exclamation point icon) and an OK button. I click OK, but it doesn’t seem to have worked. I have tried this several times.

Anyone know what I might be doing wrong?

Yes, I did, thanks. Obviously, you're big into the card cash... Have you ever seen anything like this before? I wondering if maybe it's some sort of browser compatibility issue (I'm on IE 11).

Some people are having trouble sending card cash with their internet browser. If you are using internet explorer try changing it to firefox, or chrome.

Thanks, I installed Chrome and was able to get it to work. I don't know who the tech person is around here, but IE obviously still commands a significant share of the market, so this problem is not going away on its own any time soon.
