    91/92 Score - 2 set types or 3?

    Hi,

In price guides, you see 2 types of 91/92 Score: US and CAN. However, I believe there are 3:

US - English writing, US Flag
BiLingual - English/French writing, Canadian Flag
Canadian - French writing, Canadian Flag

Can someone please let me know if this is correct? Thank you.

You're correct. There are three..... though the 3rd should read English, not French.

    There is USA
    Canadian English
    Canadian Bilingual

I'll come back with scans in a moment.

Those pics are for Series 1 though.... there is also Series 2 cards. Instead of Red boarders (for the Canadian ones) they're blue. I'm pretty sure the Green / Blue trim around the pictures is the same, but I don't remember 100%. Also not sure what they did with the American cards for Series 2. Same cards, or another version? I don't recall.

Then there was also a rookie / traded update set. Those ones have Green Boarders... again, for the Canadian version.... don't recall if there's English & English / French versions, or what an American version might look like.

only pice of info I'll add to what Luc wrote is on the 'Hot Cards'.

They were inserted 1-per-blaster. I know for sure Series 2, maybe Series 1 aswell? I have a full set of Series 1 / Series 2, and the Hot Cards.... collected them when they were new :) You could by a 101 card blaster pack, the first 100 cards were normal base, and then 1 hot card was included. I can only remember buying Series 2 this way for a fact... but Series 1 might have been available too ??

The National Candy Wholesalers Convention cards have the following on the back:

N.C.W.C designation on the back. I will add a scan today or tomorrow.

Not sure about being included in Series 1, but I remember they were quite hot (no pun intended) in the early 90s, especially the Gretzky (surprise!).
