Sweet Panini Mailday
Sent an email to Panini last week about replacing my Tony Parker Jersey Autograph from 12/13 Contenders and told them I collect Blazers and also I asked about my 2 Blake Griffin redemptions I've been waiting on for almost 4 months, they told me all 3 were in the mail. Very Happy with the replacement and as well as their customer service. Thanks Panini!

How did you get through to them? I'm been trying to ask about 2 outstanding redemptions through my open requests on their site without any reply.

Have you tried calling customer service? That is what you really should do when it comes to redemptions. Explain the situation, request a replacement, state what team/player you collect, and that should pretty much clear it up.
