    This is a bit off topic but since you brought it up - why don't Russian players just sign their name in Russian? I mean the language looks cool and I'm sure the signature quality would go way up. Is this something mandated by the card company?

    He is Russian. Ever see their language and Letters? Imagine you signing your name in Russian 500,000 times. I understand giving hell to most of the guys for not signing their auto like they should but I give slack for someone who has a 100% different alphabet. Im not just saying that because Im a Pens fan either.

    I think Orlov does too. I'd guess it's up to the player. Most signatures aren't readable anyway so why bother haha

    I remember people ripping apart Marian hossa for signing his name in Slovakian but I thought it was neat.
