Part II...drove from the city back to the suburbs to go to the Bears Bowl in Buffalo Grove, IL. Bears Bowl features current and former Chicago Bears, leaning heavily on guys from the practice squad. I was able to make it pretty late to the event, and just got the autographs from players that I was able to get cards of. So, I was able to get, for free, one generic football card signed by current Bears lineman Michael Ola, one card signed by current Bears linebacker Christian Jones, one card signed by current Bears running back Ka'Deem Carey, 2 cards signed by current practice squad Bears quarterback David Fales, 2 cards signed by current Bears wide receiver Marquess Wilson, 1 card signed by current Bears cornerback Kyle Fuller (I had two Valor cards with me, and he asked me if he could have one; the players really seem to like those cards, in my experience), and finally, 2 cards signed by former Chicago Bears legend, and member of the Pro Football Hall of Fame, Richard Dent. Also present was pro bowler Sean Rash, and I got three promo 8x10's signed by him.

Yesterday, I went to the Fanatics Authentic Sports Spectacular show in Rosemont, IL. Lots of paid autograph opportunities there, and one free one. I got former Chicago Blackhawks winger Cliff Koroll, one card signed, for free.

Over the weekend, I went to the Fanatics Authentic Sports Spectacular show in Rosemont, IL, and decided to pay for an autograph. I went with one of my favorite players, Shawn Kemp, and got him to sign an 8x10 of him in the slam dunk contest.

Took a vacation from home, but there is no vacation from autographs! Went to the live broadcast of Red Rage Live, the Arizona Cardinals weekly radio show, in Chandler, AZ, and got 3 cards signed by former Cardinals player and current broadcaster Ron Wolfley, 1 decoy card signed by 2nd year linebacker Alex Okafor, and 2 cards signed by team captain Calais Campbell.

This evening, I went to one of the stops on Chris Chelios's book tour, in the northern suburbs of Illinois. Mr. Chelios signed his book, and inscribed with HOF 2013, and signed three cards for me, all for the price of the book.

Today, I went to the taping of a local Chicago Bears TV show at a local restaurant, where the guest was Bears rookie Will Sutton. I was able to get 1 8x10 and 1 card of Mr. Sutton signed, for free, in Vernon Hills, IL.

Today, I went to an appearance by Chicago Blackhawks ambassador and member of the Hockey Hall of Fame, Tony Esposito, at the Blackhawks store in the Oak Brook mall. Mr. Esposito signed a card and a puck, complete with jersey number and HOF 88, for free.

Yesterday, I went to a radio station interview at a bar in downtown Chicago, featuring 2013 Stanley Cup Champion Chicago Blackhawks center Marcus Kruger. Mr. Kruger signed 5 cards for me, for free (minus the fee to park in the city).
