jaromir jagr stated that valeri nichushkin would be the best player in the world someday , does anyone agree? yes or no and why?

No he will not be the best player in the world. The kid is 18. Could he become a star in the league? Yes and I think he will but he wont be the best player in the world ever. Look whats ahead of him and what they have accomplished. Crosby, Ovechkin, Stamkos, Tavares, Toews ect. Only one if those guys is the best player in the world.

i agree , in my opinion Sidney crosby is easily the best player in the league or world. i do think he will be a dominant jagr-like force in the league one day with his 6`4 205 pound frame but will not be the best

Exactly I do think he will become a solid 25+ goals a year guy but that doesn't earn him best player in the world title. Way too many exceptionally gifted players that are just on another level.

He's certainly an impressive talent. In most of the highlights I've seen of him you soon notice that a lot of the D he's making look poor aren't 3rd pairing D, but top pairing guys (due to playing on a line with Benn/Seguin).

He's like a more skilled Dustin Penner and could be dominating in his prime, but Jagr is using some hyperbole there.

yes thats true, i like his puck protection and movement so far . he might not be the best but im predicting 70-75 points a year thoughout most ofhis career , a little Under a point a game guy, but that dépends whohes with and where he ends up

How can anyone predict so early....I like Jagr but that was not a helpful thing to say about an 18 yr old.
