    In my opinion, card is in excellent mint to near mint (exmt-nrmt) condition. Card has minor wear long the top and bottom edges. Noticeably, chipping on the top edge and scuff marks on Peyton Manning's left shoe along the bottom border. The bottom-left corner of the card has noticeable white chipping and is dinged. The left edge on the backside of the card has a small, slightly worn area. Signature has slight "white runs" throughout from the pen used and is slightly faded.
