Free games for your birthday?

OK, what teams give away a free game ticket for your birthday? I know that the White Sox do so with a voucher for their kids club members and here it says the Braves give away a ticket with a ticket purchase:

What other teams do this? Should your local team do this let us know so others may also be able to take advantage of a free game as well.

I know the Mets did it last season (see below). I haven't heard anything about the upcoming season.
