Well, today did not go as planned. Back to chemo for now. The surgery is off. A blow to be certain, but I am as confident as ever than I will eventually win.

Well, its not as bad as it could have been. Glass is half full! The scan showed some cancer outside of the liver but just in microscopic form in the lymphnodes. The good news it has not formed any new tumors anywhere else like the brain or lungs. I am going for a half treatment which is 6 sessions. Should finished chemo at the end of july. If I'm lucky, the lymphnodes will be clean and surgery can take place then. Its a long road. But I jokingly tell my wife that the longer the road and the more difficult the process the better the story of survival is when it is done! I'm keeping my head up. I am however selling off my Dudleys. It is sad but true. Bills are too high and my family comes first. I would rather see the smiles on their faces than worried looks concerning bills. So the time has truly come to say goodbye to the cardboard.
