longest wait time from COMC?

Currently waiting on a package from the Black Friday sale and it was "shipped" on Dec. 9. What's the longest you've ever waited for COMC?

That's a pretty long wait time, I'd say. I've waited up to and around a month but I don't think I've ever had to wait past the six week mark.

I'm in the same position - still waiting for my Black Friday purchase. I thought it was due to the volume of packages the postal service handles during Christmas. If it doesn't come by the end of the week I'm contacting them.

WOW. I got my Black Friday package the 1st week of January, after emailing them at the 3-week mark. I thought that was pretty awful, I feel for you guys. Next time I'm paying for decent shipping though.

I usually order from the COMC Amazon store moreso than there main webpage. most I have had to wait is a week. most of the time it usually comes between 3-4 days.

I submitted about 80 cards in oct 2012 on their promotion of 20$ free processing credit for new customers that they were handing out at the expo. I wasn't sure about them so I only included low value insert cards and some pro set stuff. They processed 79 of them but said that 1 of the pro set cards wasnt valuable enough to process, so they would send it back to me (its in their policy).

I received that card in Dec 2013. That's about 13 months. I can also say for sure that they didn't process that return for at least 5 months because I lived in Ontario in oct 2012 and moved to BC in march 2013 and the card was mailed to my new BC address.

Mine is probably an exceptional case though. I hope you get yours faster than I got my return.

I put in 2 orders during the black friday stuff - one showed up and the other one hasnt (second order came - waiting on first)

im chalking it up to slow shipping from their US office

I know it takes longer from USA to Canada , but the last 6-10 months ive got cards from Canada quicker than I used to. 2 weeks max with the lowest shipping. And it seems to be the same shipping to Canada as well. They must be processing slowly.

I shipped stuff on that Friday and had it reached Canada 9 days later. They just have not bothered to ship your merchandise or have completely forgotten about it.
