Yeah you nailed it - Neal was clearly not into signing and not going to sign more than one. Too bad since he's not exactly a star and has bounced around from team to team.

Oklahoma City Redhawks at Colorado Springs Sky Sox

Although I didn't know it at the time, this turned out to be George Springer's last game in the minors as he was called up to the Astros. He must have sensed it as he hit a towering grand slam early in the game.
