BAP cards do not like ITG cards.
Hullo! This thread is a complete 180 from the poop-disturbing thread I started up last night, just a little demonstration of my own stupidity for your enjoyment...........
A few months ago I bought two ITG International Ice autos of Frank Mahovlich & Stan Mikita from Chris Bossy, he's a super-nice guy and MAN does he have some nice stuff. The two cards weren't all that cheap, Frank is a short-print n all, but I'm trying to complete the set and it was fantastic that he had them to sell to me.
So I got the cards and added them to the pile on my desk for future sorting, because I'm a lazy sack. The desk looks like this on any given night. Here it is tonight........

So a couple weeks pass and I'm cleaning up the area and there's Stan Mikita and I'm all happy because I remember I own those two cards, except.........I can't find Frank. I looked in the binder, nothing. I tore the desk apart, the area behind it, I went through all the crap on the shelves, nothing. I tore the room apart, the piles on top of the display case, nothing. I went through a 3000-ct box of unsorted stuff, one by one, NOTHING. I had Lost. The. Card.
This had happened before. I came home one night after work and gotten out of the car and saw a Trevor Linden jersey lying in a puddle, it had fallen out of my bag. Still sealed in the team bag, dry, in perfect condition. A miracle from Heaven :)
So a couple nights ago I'm sorting through the piles looking for things to make a sales thread with (shameless plug I know, but it's buried under a 100 other sales threads already) I'm going through the slabbed cards and I see this, which came in a lot months ago...........

And wedged into the back of the slab, in the top-loader..........

BAP has long been replaced by ITG. And it feels........hurt. Thus the act of the kidnapping of my card. And on the same weekend Doc Price announces the return of ITG Game Used, which was a BAP product wayyyyy back in the day, my card is freed.
And that's my two-bit story.
