The 98-99 Topps Chrome Carter is $50. It is graded by SGC who uses a 100 point scale instead of a 10 point scale. An SGC 96 is equivalent to PSA or BGS 9

2) I will only trade if you agree to send first. I am sorry about your recent history in getting burned but I too have been burnt in the past. I have the thrid most feedback on SportsCard Forum and I always request that traders with less than 20 feedback send first.
