    Hey Steven welcome to SCF. The TTM manager is a great tool and I have used it quite a bit. It may not be 100% but you can find out who is more likely to send your item back to you.

    I prefer to hand write my notes. I know it takes more time but I just feel it is more personal and they are more likely to sign. Plus I have the handwriting of a little kid so maybe that helps. :)
