Topps Magic contains a 330-base card set, the last 110 of which are short prints that falls 1:2 packs. Magic blends rookies, veterans and legends into a solid chase set. Instead of the normal photo shots, Magic utilizes a drawn depiction (like a painting) to capture the players. As a bonus, on the back of each card is a trivia question that revolves around the player with the answer on the bottom.

The lone parallel to the base set comes in a mini form. There are five types with only one being numbered, Red /50. Each pack will yield 1 mini.

There are four insert sets in Magic. 1948 Bowman (1:2) is a mini set that using the design from the actual release. Aerial Attack (1:4) features quarterbacks who have had a long touchdown strike as a part of their highlight reel. Ground And Pound (1:6) is much like Aerial Attack except it focuses on running backs. Rookie Enchantment (1:6) is about what the name implies, the rookies. Subjects are offset by a framed, purple border.

Each box of Magic yields three autographs on average. The main autograph set is based off of the base set, in which there are two numbered parallel levels (Black and Red). There are Dual and Six Player Auto cards available. Autos can be found in a mini form, which includes a dual booklet. As a bonus, rookie relics and patches will pop up as well.
