Buyers Beware! (EBAY SCAMMER) + question
I was sold a forged signature yesterday on ebay. Saw it last minute and didnt have time to fact check, other then a quick feedback check.
After comparing sigs, and talking to some people involved with the signer himself, I realized I got hosed. Then after looking thru past items they have sold...almost everything I saw looked fake!!
EBAY username is: Hecouldgoalltheway88

I immediately asked for a refund after finding out it was fake...but havent heard back yet. Almost 24hrs
How should I handle this situation...never had this happen before

I learned my lesson last year with a Bryce Harper ball on eBay. After sending it to JSA it came back as not authentic despite it looking identical to every signature I've seen certified. I messaged the eBay seller and he issued a full refund immediately, no questions asked. I was still out the $ for JSA though. The seller did not ask to return the ball either...a sure sign to me that it was in fact fake.
If the seller doesn't respond, just take it up with eBay....they have always been great about getting me refunded when the need arises.
