    Who collects politicians autographs?

Hi i was wondering if anyone collects politicians autographs beside me. I just starting collecting politicians but i hope to have a nice collection of signed business cards and 8x10's soon. I have only gotten a couple so far. I gotten Mike Lee Senator from Utah on a business card and a picture with. Since i was new i did not know how 2 have them ready so he only signed 1 of 4 business cards but i am going back soon 2 try and get him on 2 photos. So my question is does anyone else collect politician's or is this not really worth my time and money i spend on photos. Thanks Chris

I tried my share at it but they are harder to obtain than athletes. John McCain was the worst about it.

WOW I would have never thought they were harder then athletes as i dont think many people collect them. Did John McCain just say he would not sign?

I sent off back in the day via the web forms and have gotten a good amount back. The thing is: many of the photos of the bigger names are really autopens.

I am thinking about making some trips 2 DC and see if I can get Ted Cruz, Rand Paul, Marco Rubio, John McCain and Trey Gowdy, Is there anybody else I should try and get. I like collecting business cards.

Do you think business cards are worth getting signed? As I think I would be able 2 get maybe 3 or 4 signed at a time with those.

    Chris,

I have tried a few times to obtain a McCain autograph. I have sent a TTM 8x10, via email (his website), and even in person. Being that he is a military officer, Senator, and represents my home state, I really wanted to add his photo to my man-cave but I have had ZERO luck doing so.

I got Georgia Congressman John Lewis on a decoy card in about a week.

Nice! I can do consignments or 50/50 if anyone is interested as I plan on going a lot and I take pictures with them.
