Nick Lidstrom Night Viewing Party
The City Theatre will host the official Nick Lidstrom Jersey Retirement Night Viewing Party,
presented by Miller Lite, on Thursday, March 6.
The ticketed event will show the jersey retirement ceremony in its entirety and feature a private appearance by Lidstrom during the first intermission. Doors to the City Theatre open at 5:45 p.m., the ceremony begins at 6:30 p.m. and the game vs. the Colorado Avalanche is scheduled for an 8 p.m. puck drop.*
During his appearance, Lidstrom will make a speech and unveil his jersey plaque which will be displayed inside Hockeytown Café. Fans in attendance can enjoy contests, interactive games, trivia, drink specials and more. A replica Lidstrom banner will be available for fan photos at an additional cost of $5 per photo.
All ticketed guests will receive the same commemorative mini-banner and game day program distributed to fans at Joe Louis Arena. A select number of VIP tickets will also include the book, Five: A Salute to Nick Lidstrom, and a Lidstrom bobblehead.
Ticket prices are $25, $35 and $50 (VIP) and are available at the City Theatre, Fox Theatre and Joe Louis Arena Box Offices, at Hockeytown Authentics in Troy or online at Ticketmaster.com and OlympiaEntertainment.com.
Parking will be available in the Fox Garage for $5 per car.

Being only 15 minutes away, I would love to go, but the time I get tickets, they will be gone! Tickets to the game are a arm and a leg to get! I'm really missing Lidstrom at the blue line!

That's all that will fit. I have a PH or 2 French and Reg along with OPC Premier.
The difference between you and me is that you never got challenged daily to fights in the 60's for being a Red Wing fan.

Actually, the difference is I'm not a Red Wings fan. I'm a Lidstrom fan.

You can tell who Bettman loves.
In my region they are not showing the Lidstrom Retirement game against the Sens, they are showing Gary Bettman's bum-boys, the Rags, and Bettman's flavour of the week, the Black Hawks.
