    See schallermiley09's Items on eBay

I was thrilled to finally see an envelope tonight! I opened it to find it was from Bob Horner! I also found my cards unsigned with a small slip of paper explaining that he has had a large increase of autograph successes and decided to start charging! Just my luck! Here are his prices:
    8x10 $15
    Cards $5 each
    Helmets $50
    Bats $65
Jerseys and gloves $50 (I have not seen a Horner Jersey since he retired!)
    Hats $20
    all other items $25
Just another chapter in the no success blues! Here is to a big stack of mail Friday and I'm going to go read my SI that came in tonight!

No One is going to pay that!

    Sound off thread?? OK...here goes-

I watched everyone get returns from Clayton Kershaw for 8-10 days straight and waited patiently for mine, only to have them not show up. So I guess it's next Spring if they show up at all... I have set cards mailed out with "donations" to guys that have a history of signing for a few bucks that have now been out for several months... I have several guys out like Rafael Palmiero, Jody Reed, Kurt Stillwell, Bob Watson, Jeff Reardon and Ben Oglivie who have a great history of signing TTM and mine can't seem to find their way home... I'm 1/15 in ST returns... I work for USPS and watch a customer's box get returns almost every day...Last week I accidently left $20 in stamps laying on the counter only to have them disappear in less than 10 minutes... I am over a month away from any IP adventures that are over 1.5 hours North of me...

I could probably go on, but I'm not making myself feel any better. Plus I don't want y'all to think I'm being a big baby about this.

Anyways... here's hoping that things get alot better for all of us.

I finally had a good day:
    Paul Hornung 1/1!
Kurt Warner 1/1 with his card coming back signed and mine returned unsigned
    Anna Kournikova 1/1
    Scotty Bowman 3/3
Mort Walker 1/1 drew Beatle Bailey on my sketch card and personalized it to me!
Vanna White 8x10 after email success and this is not a stamp or preprint!
    Dave Lopes 2/2
    Devin Mesoraco 3/3
    Matt Wisler 2/2
    Garin Cecchini 1/1
    Tyler Naquin 3/3

Hoping the no return blues stay away for awhile!

I had a mostly good day. One card came back horribly smeared. Tweeted player. Player apologized and said he would make up for it. If said player still has my letter, I'll see what happens.

I am taking bets that most rural folks in my area will have a no mail blues day today. Started snowing this morning and I went from a nicely shoveled drive to 3 foot drifts and the snow is still falling! Spring is 8 days away! I hope that the man upstairs has a calendar!
