The year is 86, the card maker is umm like star 86' and the card number is 166

Well according to March '06 Tuff Stuff Its Worth $150.00 . I wouldnt say worthless at all LOL.. Get it Graded and it would be worth quite a bit more.

i would say 150 may be a little high but here is one that sold for 35 on the bay

maybe bv of around 70-80 in trade but depending on how many of these there are maybe more to the right collector
