Fake Autographs! What should I do??
OK, here is goes fellas:
In 2012 & 2013 my fiance purchased several autographed items for Christmas. Being a diehard Detroit Lions fan, I was thrilled w/ joy & just happy to have a woman who knows what I like (instead of a guido tight tee shirt).
After opening them and briefly looking at them, i put the in display cases & put them in our seperate room(ok ok, its my man cave!)
All of the autographs she purchased for me she got off of amazon.com. They are from a company called "All-Star Sports Memorabilia". IMO,
they are fake but we will get to that!
When you google search All-Star Sports Memorabilia, these immediate review come up from ripoffreport.com
all-star sports memorabilia review - Google Search
Notice, both ripoffreports are from Ohio(the same general vicinity)
So that is strike 1!
Here is their website
ALL-STAR SPORTS MEMORABILIA
(Notice, they are in Ohio)
Do a facebook page search and this page comes up(looks like the same storefront to me)
https://www.facebook.com/AllStarSportsGallery
(on the facebook page, they claim to have an ebay page as well, though i havent checked it out.
Now, here are the photos i took of my signed items below:
1) Matthew Stafford Autographed Football
I've seen multiple autographs of Matthew Stafford from Topps, Panini, Press Pass and even GTM Marketing. This one isnt even close & pay strict attention to the "M" in Matthew, its a joke!
2)Calvin Johnson Autographed Mini Helmet
Looks good on initial glance, then pay attention to the 2 letters(both look like "J's" when Calvin signs his stuff, but he always comes back up w/ a tiny loop on each letter, on this one, not so much
3) Detroit Lions Autographed Football(signed by approx. 35 players)
All the other common names(Corey Williams, Paul Pratt, Chris Houston, Maurice Morris, Stephen Tulloch look legit) Then look at the Stafford Auto & Calvin Johnsonm auto. Looks to be the same signer as the other 2 items. They dont look authentic to me at all
My fiance ordered all of these off Amazon.com(now she knows not to do that) and the has the receipts. Guess where they are from?
Yep, you guessed it! All-Star Sports Memorabilia in Ohio!!!
In addition, All-Star Sports Memorabilia sent me pics of the players signing items & their COA w/ no signature.
WHAT ON EARTH SHOULD I DO?
1)Suck it up & take the loss?
2) Call them directly and demand a return provided i return the items?
3) Get the police involved?
Any help would be appreciated

You may wanna spend a few bucks to at least get a quick opinion from psa or jsa. If they don't like it, id contact Amazon. At the very least, they would most likely ban that company from their site for selling fakes. Did she use PayPal by any chance?
