In The Game does not have the rights to use NHL teams and their logos. That's why the pictures never have NHL logos or full team names ect..

I knew the nhl part since they domt have a lisence. But I find it weird that they dont use full names or like an olypmic jersey or minor league or something like that

Yea, Stickwork is a little weird as far as some pictures and names and others don't. My guess is that their limitations with logos and what not limits what they can do on the cards, especially the multi-player cards.

Dr. Price is a regular on the boards, maybe he'll stop in and provide an explanation.

There are players we have memorabilia for but not the right to use their images. We chose to use the best memorabilia possible and that's why those players were represented with silhouettes.

Interesting, thanks for the reply. BTW, Stickwork was a very fun break.

Yeah its always been like this. When i was collecting Kessel the only ITG cards unfortunately that were available were the stick name plates (like the Stickwork Handles), as they did not have licensing to put his picture on cards.

Still, hands down best set of the year Stickwork is already. Gonna be very hard to impossible to top this
