    Problem with Panini Certified cards??

Hey Guys I bought a box of 13/14 Panini Certified and pulled a zach redmond rookie autograph green laundry tag #/5.
The problem as always is at the back of the card bottom edge the blue paint is rubbed off, almost looks chipped but is not and also i think they skimmped out on glue when placing it together as there is a hairline split(scanner makes it look worse) but its not properly glued and seems discoloured.
With Panini shutting down hockey next year do you think this card has any chance of being replaced?

Here are the scans I took.

I pulled a Dominon Stamkos complete jersey with the same type of splitting. Either the patches are getting too fat for Panini to handle or they need to use more glue.

Happens a lot with both UD & panini. a guy showed me how to fix them once. with some white glue 2 decoys and those clamp style paper clips. works like a charm.
