UD2 inserts question

Opened a box today. Here is the question.

O Pee Chee Rookie cards that inserted in packs. I pulled 4 Marquee Rookies. 3 of them have blue borders and blue printing. ! of them has a red border and red printing. Are the red border ones harder to pull than the blue ones. The red one is of Jon Merrill.

Red is much harder, I think. Forget the exact odds though.

Buy the UD series 2. Great RC in it in my opinion.

Regular red borders are for eastern conference teams.
Blue borders are for western conference teams.
Then you have the full red borders, which are the rare ones that come 1 in every 14 boxes.\
