What was the issue with the 2 negative you received?

There was only 1 Negative, and if I remember correct, it was a lost item in the mail in which I provided tracking and the customer stated they never received it. Tracking stated they had ans I asked them to please check with their Post Office and see what they said. Customer refused to do so demanding a refund on a $50 item. I responded again asking them to Please check with the PO since I had held up my end, sending with tracking. Then without any other correspondence, left negative feedback. Then a few days later, the person was banned from BO for scamming.
