I went to the Rochester Red Wings Welcome Home Dinner the first week of April. The Red Wings are one of the very few publicly owned sports teams in the company and the American Legion does a dinner every year to announce the team. Great opportunity to grab Twins prospects or veterans.

There is literally a diamond in his signature! He thinks it's corny. But he keeps doing it.

Has since left the organization.
Chris Parmelee
Former #1 prospect. He's gained a lot of weight but he's crushing it right now. Hope to see him back up in the show this year.
Alex Meyers
Everyone was making fun of Meyers's signature. Hands down the smallest of anyone's there.
I didn't have anything else for anyone there. People were hoping for Sano and Buxton but they're no where near AAA presently. Heck of a night.

So I was struck by a thought to start collecting a single set. I picked the 1987 Topps for regular accessibility and I just really love the look. I've sent out 30 cards the past week and they're starting to come in. Brace yourself for some wood panelling!
