I've tried every conceivable way to reach Panini regarding redemption replacements. A few months ago I did manage to actually talk to a live person who took my preferences for replacements and that was that, 2 months later no update on their website and no cards. Since that phone call all of my attempts to reach them have been futile, I've left voicemail, sent emails, facebook, twitter, waited on hold until I was hung up on and have had no luck. Any help would be appreciated.
