    Weird TDD Cards HELP???

    Hey guys just pulled this from 06 DPP it looks like they started this card as a 1/1, see the silver in the bottom right of the back of the card. Looks like it was going to be a 1/1 sticker...it is #ed 198/299 on the back but not like the other ones.....any ideas?
