Is the Canadien skills question only for Canadiens or for everyone?

This might be a dumb question, but I don't have the answer, so here goes:

Why do Canadians have to complete the skills question anyway?

I have a question about the NPNs that I hope someone can answer. Ive always wondered about them when Ive read the back of the pack but is it really worth my time and money for stamps to send them out? Does anyone know the success rate or is it completely random and what type of cards might one receive? Jerseys, autos, inserts, etc? All help would greatly be appreciated. Thanks a lot

It's really just like opening a pack of cards. Some of the time you get nothing, some of the time you get junk, and on occassion you get something worth the effort.

If opening packs is your thing, then you may enjoy doing NPN's. It's also kinda cool to get a package in the mail.

dalkiel, thanks for the reply. Also am wondering if it is easier to receive something good from a product that produces more game used or autos per box than it is to get something from something like the basic topps product? and how often does everyone send these out? Thanks again

FYI: The reason Canadians have to answer the skills question is something to the effect that it's against the law to get something for free, so they have to 'work' to receive the product. I read it somewhere a long time ago... If I see it again I'll post it here.
