    Introduction

Hello! My name is Kurt and I am very happy and excited to be a part of this very well drawn out site! I am a newer collector and find it hard to get honest opinions from local stores on values of cards and constantly think they are trying to take advantage of me. I have heard only good things about this site and the community here and the honesty they bring to the hobby :). I started collecting about a year ago when I went to the local Target to buy my little cousin a gift for his birthday and I stumbled upon the card section. Knowing how much he loves his Detroit lions I bought him a box and thought I would spoil myself with a single pack as well. I have been addicted ever since. I myself am a Vikings fan and am trying to make a relatively large collection of Vikings Cards. I am addicted to Jersey Inserts on the cards, this seems like the smartest idea in the world to me!

On to the business side of this forum I was looking for a little bit of help identifying how much a certain card I came across is worth as there is no mention of it on Ebay, AMazon or just a plain Google search and I was hoping someone here would know! :)

The card is a #220 Andrew Luck Auto with a Black Border, it is numbered 4of5 and comes from the Topps 2013 Magic collection. I took it to the local store where they told me it was a SP and he couldn't give me a price :(. Any help would be most welcome!

    Thank you!!

Cards that are that low numbered won't have a posted listed value in beckett price guides. To get a value on eBay, u would have to search sold listings to see if a similar card sold recently and what it sold for. Welcome to SCF

    Kurt, Welcome to the site.

I found this on Ebay completed listings - The only thing close I could find.

    http://www.ebay.com/itm/2013-Topps-M...item2c7cbb5d55

It sold BIN for 150.00 and its #'d to 10 Luck auto - It probably should have sold for more IMO

You have a sweet card there man, congrats

Nice card! Hope you have it protected in a hard magnet top holder! That's definitely a keeper and you don't want it getting dinged from handling it and showing it off! Like the other guys said you probably won't find a definitive answer on the exact value of the card. I'd be surprised if one even shows up on eBay (being numbered to /5).
Now, next step for you is to get some pics of the cards you want to trade from your year of collecting and start trading for cards you want from the members on here!
Welcome to the addiction and the community!
