Upper Deck 13-14 Trilogy Question

Can you pull a redemption for the autos of Mackinnon and other rookies that were not initially in last summer's release? Or can you only pull them in SPX? I have seen trilogy autos come from spx boxes?

From what I've seen the latter half of the rookies are only inserted into SPX packs. Which is also a reason why they have lower numberings than the one released In the summer.

No. To increase the value of SPx, they inserted "update" rookies of players who had debuted after the season started. Their numbering is all different from the stand-alone products rookies.

Regular set had /699, /399, and /49.
Update set had /149, /49, and /25.

Odd thing for you to say about an UD product.

Lots of great autos and RC's in Trilogy that go for way more than $5 - I just put down $100 for the Beliveau Signature Pucks to complete a team set.
