Tom Brady Jersey Question...Need help

Hi Guys and Gals.

I have recently acquired a Tom Brady Jersey and Know very little about it. I will be selling it, but I was curious if someone would shed some light on what it might be first. I will try to upload a picture in a day or so.

So the Jersey is a Reebok Tom Brady Patriots jersey Navy color. It is a Tristar Jersey and was Signed at " 4/17/06 Boston Private Signing " . The jersey is also numbered /30 and seems to be a commemorative jersey because it has sewn info at the back bottom of the jersey such as
