    Topps DPP question

Just picked up a few packs of DPP and one of the cards I pulled was a Chrome rookie refractor 86/99. What's the deal with these? I just checked eBay and all I saw were xx/199 and xx/499. Are these really that hard to pull?

Would you hold onto it or put it up f/t or sell while they're still hot? I just started venturing into fb(usually do hky or bkb) so I'm not even sure if it's a decent rookie, Anthony Fasano.

    kinda depends on the player..

like reggie bush and a few others are really hot, there are a few others that thier cards wont jump until they play and make a good few starts..so if its someone like bush, leinart, huff, deangelo williams, v davis, or someone like that trade or sell while thier hot, but if its not.. i would hold on to it till someone is really lookin for that person or they play well. oops just seen you posted the name, i would hold on to it..wont lose much value, but on the upside, if he shines in the nfl it could jump.
