to me the act of using homosexual acts as a form or an insult is very similar to using the typical derogatory term people toss at homosexuals. It doesn't have the same verbal impact as the F word does, but you're basically trying to insult the person by saying being gay is something bad or wrong. It's something that I don't care for and as far as insults goes it's pretty cheap. Seems like there could be a much better way of insulting the guy or defending yourself within the discussion/argument.
I'd also like to say that without knowing exactly what you said it's hard to tell me exact opinion. I could think of some phrases that could be said that wouldn't be have homophobia undertones. I guess it all just depends on what is said exactly.Last edited by Star_Cards; 05-14-2014 at 02:46 PM.

Okay, here's my 2 cents. I read this one and am only saying this because you asked:
1: You referred to the act twice.
2: You previously told him to kill himself.
3: You, admittedly, called him a female dog as well.
Now, I couldn't really care less, but Habs is right. He's right in that you may not have a problem with them as people, as such, but you have a problem with what they do, at least males. The fact you would say such a thing to someone you previously told to kill himself leads me to believe your problem with male homosexual acts is actually progressed to you placing homosexuals on a slightly lower level.
However, within context of having actually read the thing, I got your meaning. You weren't calling him a name, but telling him to go pleasure the police he was defending from your rant. That doesn't necessarily mean you were being derogatory towards gays, it was actually closer to "if you love them so much why don't you marry them?" type of statement.
And that's why Habs is ultimately wrong. Because your explanation here didn't give the whole story.
By the way, you must really hate that dude.

Then maybe you should watch what you say? Did it make you feel like a big man? You feel better? I don't know you, nor do I hate you. We don't agree on a lot, and I'll call you out on everything. But I'd never say anything to you like what you said to that person. It's despicable and shows a lot.

As much as you and I disagree on almost everything neither one of us have ever given a reason to say anything to each other like that. He did and I told him off. I don't need stuff like that to make me feel like a tough guy but I am going to check anyone who discrespects me online. Also if I have an opinion I am going to speak it. As long as I am not disrespectful I am going to say what's on my mind.
