Mail from Upper Deck and Panini

First off, I'll start with the bad news. My parcel from Upper Deck was inspected at Customs. It appears they removed the cards from the toploaders because the tape on the toploaders holding it closed was cut. The Crosby had slid half way out of the toploader, thank god the corners were fine. I guess customs doesn't reseal toploaders. The other issue I have is there was one card missing, a dual signature patches of Hall\Seguin. I've contacted Upper Deck but I have a good feeling customs lost this card at inspection. Does anyone know a number I can call?

Anyways here's the show everything is available:

I found an online complaint form at CBSA. I wonder if the CBSA has an "oops I forgot to place the item back into the shipping envelope" area where items go to die, or public auction once a year. I'll post updates.

That's BRUTAL! The fact that customs would touch it, other than open it up and do a brief inspection for "value" or illegal something is a joke.

Why did they feel the need to not only open the package and then take everything out but to go Further and open the toploaders and then not put it all back into the package just as they found it!!!!!

I would for sure lodge a complaint and get this looked into.

That's how I import my drugs...fake hockey cards with my cocaine stuffed in a hollow spot inside the card! They should probably start cutting them in half just to make sure.

Wow that really sucks. Hope they can get the situation resolved but in all likelihood that card is sitting in some jerk's mother's basement.

Confirmed with Upper Deck today that they did not forget to put the Hall\Seguin in the package, there were none available that's why it was in the package and they put a replacement in to make up for it. Well needless to say I'm not happy. When I redeemed that card Upper Deck told me it was available and will ship out soon.

Anyways a poll is coming up so I can see the members opinions on this.
