    That is strange haven't seen any of those before, I at first thought it was the gold parallel but by seeing other pictures of the gold parallel it doesn't look anything like that. I see there are 3 versions of that card (regular, gold and masterpiece) it is not any of those so I assume it's an error card.

    It is either a mis-printed card or some kind of sample or proof from the Fleer vault. When they went bankrupt in 2005, they sold everything in their vault and all overstock. All kinds of weird stuff went into the market. Same thing happened with Collector's Edge in 2000. Looks like they might have missed a color in the printing process but some proofs are like this.

    Yea only thing is I pulled this in 1999 when its first came out, I remember pulling it and the shop owner had no clue either. It does look like it did not get colored all the way but I figured id ask and see what others might know.
